Returns & Cancellations

• Store credit or replacements only —no refunds.
• For fresh flowers, plants, and arrangements: notify us within 48 hours.
• For home accessories and gifts: exchange or store credit within 5 days (with receipt).
• Cancellations must be requested in writing 12 hours before delivery.

Delivery Terms

• We deliver across the North Shore and Greater Vancouver area.
• Orders outside our local zone may be fulfilled by partner florists, and substitutions may occur.
• Minimum delivery order: $40 (before tax & delivery). May increase during holidays.

Privacy

• We collect only necessary personal info and never store credit card details.
• Your information is used solely to process orders or keep you updated — never sold or shared.

Website Use

• Personal, non-commercial use only.
• No copying, data mining, or unauthorized account use.
• We’re not liable for any loss or damages from website use.

Legal & Liability

• We are not responsible for third-party issues, site interruptions, or content errors.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
