  • For fresh flowers, plants, and arrangements: notify us within 48 hours.
  • For home accessories and gifts: exchange or store credit within 5 days (with receipt).
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing 12 hours before delivery.

Delivery Terms

  • We deliver across the North Shore and Greater Vancouver area.
  • Orders outside our local zone may be fulfilled by partner florists, and substitutions may occur.
  • Minimum delivery order: $40 (before tax & delivery). May increase during holidays.
