We are committed to providing you with the best quality and design, but due to the delicate nature of plants and flowers and the possibility of unforeseen circumstances, we do offer store credit or replacements only.
For cut flowers, fresh flower arrangements, orchid plants, green plants, succulents and topiaries, we offer store credit or replacements within 48 hours of receiving your order.
For home accessories and other merchandise, we offer store credit or exchange within 5 days of purchase, with a receipt. Items must be in good condition.
A written request for cancellation is required 12 hours prior to delivery of orders. Orders cannot be changed or canceled if items have been delivered. No Refunds. Store credit only. Please check carefully before submitting your order.

DELIVERY TERMS
Tooka Florist is located in North Vancouver British Columbia and hand delivers to all NorthShore area. Including but not limited to the following areas:
North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, New Westminster and Surrey.
Delivery charges vary depending on traveling distance. Orders that are delivered outside of the Tooka Florist Delivery Zone will be executed by another florist, and therefore cannot be guaranteed to look exactly like the arrangements shown on this website that were created by the Tooka Florist Designers. The type of vase and the specific flower varieties used may be substituted depending on what is in season. Since flower prices may also vary, the arrangement size and number of flowers used may not reflect what the Tooka Florist can offer to customers in our NorthShore delivery zone.

MINIMUM DELIVERY ORDER
The minimum order for delivery is $40 plus tax and delivery fee. Please note that a delivery minimum increase may apply around certain holidays.

CURRENCY:
All purchase items are in Canadian Dollar currency. We only accept payments in CAD Dollars. Please check an online currency converter to calculate the cost in your currency. The applied exchange rate may be calculated by PayPal, by your bank, and/or by those who fulfill payment.
