Returns & Cancellations
- Store credit or replacements only —no refunds.
- For fresh flowers, plants, and arrangements: notify us within 48 hours.
- For home accessories and gifts: exchange or store credit within 5 days (with receipt).
- Cancellations must be requested in writing 12 hours before delivery.
Delivery Terms
- We deliver across the North Shore and Greater Vancouver area.
- Orders outside our local zone may be fulfilled by partner florists, and substitutions may occur.
- Minimum delivery order: $40 (before tax & delivery). May increase during holidays.
Privacy
- We collect only necessary personal info and never store credit card details.
- Your information is used solely to process orders or keep you updated — never sold or shared.
Website Use
- Personal, non-commercial use only.
- No copying, data mining, or unauthorized account use.
- We’re not liable for any loss or damages from website use.
Legal & Liability
- We are not responsible for third-party issues, site interruptions, or content errors.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
